Having never seen The Sound of Music, I cannot comment on the validity of Zizek's points, but a few friends I have mentioned this idea to have called it "utter bullshit." I think this may be congruent to the theory that Dark Side of the Moon syncs up with Wizard of Oz or the secret illuminati messages hidden in Kubrick's films.
